Dr. Miller was great. He took the time to explain to me what was going on with my furbaby and what to do going forward. The staff were friendly and courteous.

I can't recommend VRC and Dr. Chia enough! My 1.5 year old dog needed a root canal and within 30 minutes of calling VRC, I spoke to Dr. Chia and we had a consult and surgery scheduled a few days out. Dr. Chia was incredibly thorough and walked us through our options so we were able to make an informed decision. VRC made a very stressful event so much easier. 10/10 highly recommend!

My rescued lady-pug ate her friend's rawhide treat and she swallow a big piece whole. She didn't seem well, so I took her to VRC and the staff were excellent. Dr. Rotoloni patiently explained everything to me and everything worked out well. I highly recommend their service. I would hire them again if needed - hopefully I never do need to.

This is the best ER hospital in the tri state area and if you ask me in the entire state. The doctors, nurses, and staff are so kind and thoughtful, and if there is something serious - this is where you take your kids. They have saved my boy's life more than I can tell you (I'm being very serious) and for this I am forever grateful. This is our ER hospital. Thanks VRC.

My dog has been diagnosed with stage 5 leukemia. I've called a variety of oncologists to get an appointment, all have told me they don't have availability until June or July, except VRC. When I told, Jill I believe, she took action, got my info, the vets we've been to, got all of the recent tests and spoke to Dr. Martin. Dr. Martin got us in not only the same day but within a few hours. I'm so grateful for Jill and Dr. Martin for helping us and our guy Samuel. The proactiveness and compassion means the absolute world to us.

Dr. Colleen Martin (oncologist), Dr. Han Chia (oral surgeon), our oncology nurse (Christie, ), and the entire VRC staff were incredible to work with from appt setting to follow-up calls when we were home. During this difficult time with a new cancer diagnosis - oral malignant melanoma - of our Remy (canine/dog), we couldn't be happier to have found such a caring team. Best of all, the whole team handled remy's fearfulness and anxiety with expertise and care. Remy is very very vet fearful/anxious. She needs sedation (dexdomit... read more

When I first arrived at VRC, my little dog Yukie had already been misdiagnosed for the past month at my local vet's office and at our local Animal ER. My little Yukie was a 17 year old pug/corgi mix who's eyes were very damaged due to being misdiagnosed. We saw Dr. Badanes, the eye specialist. Within 15 min of being examined, Dr. Badanes had a solid diagnosis and patiently explained Yukie's issues and we discussed his treatment options. Dr. Badanes and his staff were there for my little guy. Dr. Badanes returned a few of... read more
