Every visit has been a great experience. The facility is clean, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, and the appointments are timely. VRC is best at clear, friendly, and frequent communication.

Professional vet office in Malvern with friendly caring staff! I highly recommend. Seems very popular as many were with their pets happily waiting when I visited.

Everyone was so nice and helpful and everything was well explained and all options were presented. The staff was a calming, professional presence is a stressful situation. Definitely the place to go for an animal emergency!

I was amazed over the dedication and friendliness of the staff and doctors. I came in with a dog that needed a stretcher to bring him in to a dog that walked out on her own because of their care. My daughter has used this facility many times with her dogs and recommended you to us. I am so happy we listened to her and we have told our neighbors and family about you just in case you are needed in the future. Many thanks! Went for a cardio work up. The staff was friendly and the appointment was on time. Dr. Miller and his nurse were amazing!!!

Dr. Miller and the nurses provided excellent care to Alex during the exam. Dr. Miller also took the time to provide us with detailed information throughout the consult, as well as regarding the outcomes of the examination and next steps. Overall this was a great experience. A highlight for us was the way you took care of Alex during the entire consult. You were caring and knowledgeable. I would give you 7 Stars if I could!

I never read the reviews. But my Peanutsauce (kitty) was in a bad way early this morning. And I had this place in my phone because it was close and my vet wasn't open yet. Long story short, I called and said we were coming in and most likely putting her down. I just want to say that I'm so thankful it was in the wee hours of the morning because it was very quiet. My dog was well cared for in a time of emergency...couldn't have asked for better service. Communication with what was happening helped to calm me down and not worry (too much).
