The atmosphere is fantastic, food is excellent, and the service is very accommodating. This place is very historic, elegant, and visually stunning. We went on a Monday night and took our time for this meal. We're not rushed by the staff ad they were attentive throughout the night. A wonderful evening.
My two friends, one from Puerto Rico and the other from Nicaragua have traveled quite a lot. They were very pleased with the quality of food, temperature and taste. The New York strip steak was flavorful, cooked properly to order, and was an abundant serving. The risotto was outstanding in flavor. Perfectly prepared. Fabulous as usual. The pacific oysters were superb and we loved the pumpkin soup.
We enjoyed the unusual tastes and flavors used for the different entrees that we ordered. We needed to ask several questions about many of the unusual food accompaniaments with the entrees. Our server was very knowledgeable about each question we had. That helped us choose.
Always seem to enjoy our meals at W. A. Frost, but service was not up to par this time.
The waiter was awesome! Sang happy birthday to my 18 year old in a professional tenor voice that was off the charts! Support wait staff was excellent and attentive.Food was delicious and high quality. Great wine recommendation.
I was able to make our reservation last minute on Saturday am for our group of 8. There is off street parking right next to the restaurant, which is so convenient! They even let us leave one of our cars there during the Brad Paisley concert. All the people that sat us, took our orders, keep our water glasses fills and bussed the tables were so nice and attentive! We loved the atmosphere. It was so quite and relaxing! Definitely will dine there again!
A beautiful setting for a fine meal with great company. The ambience is excellent. The food was delicious and beautifully served. They have a large wine selection. We are not wine experts but I felt there could have been more help in selecting from the staff. The menu is a little at the pricey end of the scale but it is worth every penny.
