Everyone was great. We were delayed in traffic so had to move our reservation back; hostess and wait staff held our table, helped us with our order so we would make the concert on time, let us park in the lot and remembered us when we came back for dessert after the concert. Roasted red pepper/goat cheese soup was awesome!
What a great restaurant! The service is impeccable, attentive without being fussy. The food is amazing! And, it's always great when you ask for a scotch old fashioned THAT is indeed what get. I have been here several times and will indeed go back! Thanks for a GREAT dinner!
My first visit to WA Frost was awesome! The wine, food, service and atmosphere were all outstanding! I would highly recommend WA Frost to anyone who wants a wonderful and overall great dining experience!
A great place for any occasion. Interesting menu, excellent food, charming atmosphere and fine service. Will definitely dine there again and would recommend to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience at an affordable price.
The menu is heavy on cheese and mushrooms (a great variety of both) and surprisingly devoid of pasta, but everything we had was delicious. The service was gracious and very accommodating.
Our Easter Brunch was very lovely. The service was friendly and yet very professional. Holiday brunches out can be very hectic and our group of eight felt that we were having a special and unhurried Sunday Brunch outing. Each of us enjoyed our entree. My pan roasted White Fish in a succulent sauce with cauliflower was excellent. I love the ambiance, it is like walking back in time in the well appointed drawing room of F. Scott Fitzgerald who frequented the place when it was a pharmacy back in the early 1900's.
My girlfriend and I recently celebrated our one year anniversary at WA Frost. WE had an amzing evening even though I was suffering badly with a fever! Both the Steak I had and the chicken we had were amazing! We had oysters as an app, and were a bit disappointed in them being cold as we were used to warm ones and didn't enjoy them. But thats strictly personal taste. The winter salad was phenominal as was the kit kat dessert. Overall an amazing restaurant in a very cool neighborhood that I'd highly recommend for a romantic ev... read more
We have been going to W. A. Frost's for years. The food and service is excellent. The Victorian brick walls, wood flooring, and decor make for comfortable, relaxing dining.
We stayed at the Hotel 340 snd received a voucher for the WA Frost and Company. Went there to celebrate my girlfriends birthday and our waiter sang to her. What we didn't know was that he is opera trained and was incredible! The whole restaurant applauded! Needless to say, he received a large tip! Can't wait to go in the spring/summer when the patio is open! Food was amazing as was the ambiance with the warm fireplace nearby.
