We had a great meal. We just had to wait about 45 minutes to get it. Our server was very attentive and friendly.
W.A. Frost is always a totally reliable experience. The food is delicious and the service impeccable. We always enjoy coming here. This time we both had a salmon special and the "Kit-Kat Bar" desert. The salmon was perfectly cooked, and the dessert was an extremely clever "bar" of shortbread, caramel nuts and chocolate with homemade chai ice cream. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner, and we were on time for the theater.
My wife & myself took our oldest son & his wife to WA Frost for the 1st time for his birthday. The food & service were top shelf! Can't wait to go back this summer ontheir outdoor patio!Joe

Had lunch at WA Frost on a Tuesday. Light crowd, very quiet. Had terrific mushroom soup (best I've ever had) and killer cassoulet! A very classy lunch in the Cathedral Hill neighborhood of St. Paul.
We had a specific time frame and the staff assisted with timing the service to fit without making us feeling rushed!
Nice ambiance, French bistro-style: exposed brink walls, tall windows, large art pieces on the wall, big fireplace. Food very good: quality wines with good price range, excellent cheese platter. Korean BBQ chicken wings were tasty but not very Korean: strong Hoisin flavor, more Chinese. Entrees: scallops, micro-filet mignon, pork shoulder roulade: all tasty and well prepared. Service: very attentive. Definitely plan to go again.
