Service was good and waitress knew the menu. She was patient with our table when we delayed ordering. There was a large party in the room next to us. The staff was sensitive and closed the door between rooms so our meal was quiet and anjoyable. Bibb lettuce salad and beet soup were excellent as was the mini-steak. Salmon was good, though undercooked for some (3) while others (2) liked it. Suggest customers be asked how they want it done. Overall foor was tasty, but not quite hot enough.
Great service, upscale atmosphere, food was mediocre. We were really dissappointed in the desserts-both the cheese cake (which was not cheesecake!) and the Creme Brulee was all crust.
The food was so good. The waitress she ignore us a lot. She did not pay attention to us at all. We keel calling her or ask the assistant to call her. In general it was good experience.
WA Frost has an old world elegance that the proprietors hone ever so well. It has a comfortable feel about it in its several different dining areas. It's hard to choose which of them is most inviting. We were there at lunch during one of the rare warm, sunny days, suggesting their backyard patio, a fabulous venue. Great experience. Went on a Sunday beofre a concert at the Excel Center. The food and service were both great. We liked that the menu wasn't huge and had some wonderful selections. The food we ordered had gert flavors. Would definitey return!
This was a great last minute find for a romantic night out. The menu was adventurous enough for me and conservative enough for my girlfriend, and the waitstaff was great at recommending wine throughout the meal. Serving sizes were great and those mini-desserts that they have are the perfect way to end a meal. We had a lovely meal. Great value.
