Very easy to schedule daycare. Staff is friendly and let's me know how my pup did throughout the day. My dog has so much fun with the staff and other dogs.

I thought that Pooch Hotel took very good care of my baby. I liked that I had the opportunity to view him on the webcam. I think that Pooch Hotel should have webcams in all of the suites instead of just the Presidential. My only complaint is the discount pricing for having two dogs in one suite. It seems that if you are able to house two dogs in one suite that the cost for the second dog should not equal only 20% of the first dog. If I only have one dog in a Presidential suite that costs $85.00 then for the second to stay in... read more

We are beyond happy with Pooch Hotel West Loop! The whole group that works there always greets us with a smile and our dog, BeBop, can’t wait to go to daycare every day. The staff is super responsive and it’s very clear how much BeBop is loved there! He literally gives hugs to the staff when he leaves at night.

My dog is not dog friendly, and she is nervous around new people, too. They know exactly how to manage her. She absolutely loves to go to the Pooch Hotel!

We’ve been bringing our dog here for years. I can tell he loves it by how happy and playful he is with the caregivers. Receiving pictures of him while we are away always brightens our day.
