The staff is very attentive and keeps the dog owner up to date daily on how the pooch is doing. The facilities are very clean and well maintained.

Everything was great! Nothing to improve. Annette is Daisy’s groomer and she is fantastic. It’s al about the groomer and how knowledgeable they are about each breed and Annette knows huskies. I highly recommend Annette!!!

As always, I had a great experience boarding my Ridgeback at Pooch Hotel West Loop. The staff is incredibly attentive to my dog's needs so I know he's always in great hands.

His distinct personality just makes him more lovable and we always try to make sure to take his mind off being away from you so he can have fun with all his friends. It's always the first day that he's like "I love Pooch but I love you more, dad!"
My dog, Einstein, has been coming to Pouch Hotel since he was a pup. He is. now almost 13. Every time he comes to board he is greeted with affection and caring. He always leaves with a "smile" on his face. We trust Pooch Hotel to take good care of our beloved pet, and they always do.

Some places give a summary of the dog stay, potty breaks before pick up, behaviour on play time/ own room, if she ate normal o not, this is very helpful for the customer and appreciated, I left the hotel after I picked my dog without knowing anything that happened, thank you

We always write a report card for the first day of play and we keep notes of how each dog does every day. Her report card states that she pottied regularly, was happy, silly, friendly, and very active in play. Every time I drop off my Dog at pooch hotel I have piece of mind that my Nala is having fun and safe. I love that I can see her on the web cam while she's in playtime! I want to especially Thank pooch hotel for giving pit bulls a chance! 😍 Unfortunately, they have such a bad rap but we all know they are big babies 😜
