I purchased a bloomspot deal for a cut and hair treatment at this salon which at the end I was very happy with. I couldn've made a better choice. The stylist was very friendly, professional and experienced. I was skeptical about getting bangs with my cut but she did such a great job. On top of that she stated that I can come back to get my bangs shortened for free. The wash, shampoo and condition was ok. I am definitely going back!!!

I could not pass up a $59 bloomspot deal for a haircut (and a deep conditioning, which I'm not entirely sure they did but didn't really want/need anyway) given that it had been 9 months or more (ack!) since I'd last had a trim. The space is modern and nicely appointed, as you'd expect for an upscale Madison avenue salon -- it's the kind of place where you overhear the woman next to you telling her stylist how she met her husband in Southampton -- she was the blonde in tennis whites, he was the Argentinian tennis pro. Rue la la mani / haircut package. I am uncomfortable getting my haircut- the receptionist took some of my edge off, she was super warm & friendly. Got a nice wash and an unexpected conditioning treatment. My haircut was with Valentina.. love her! I was not very clear with what I wanted - I just wanted to make a change and feel good about myself (vague much). She took the reigns and gave me an awesome haircut while not being overly chatty - she was focused and made me feel super comfortable. I will come back just for her! ... read more

Love this salon! Everyone is very friendly. I have been going to Lauren for color and she is by far the best colorist I have ever had! Highly recommend the salon and her for color, she does an awesome job.

Great first haircut at Warren Tricomi. I loooved Naru, so sweet and really took time asking me about my hair and what i wanted. I recommend her to anyone, and her price is pretty fair for this type of salon. I'll be back.

I tried the blowout and mani package here and loved it! Between this location and the one at The Plaza I much prefer the one on the Upper East Side. It's quieter, brighter and I received more one on one attention here than I have at The Plaza. Kristine did my blowout and it was amazing (picture posted). She was very friendly and we chatted the whole time. She's been doing hair for 20+ years so on top of getting a great blowout it was also the fastest blowout I've ever had which was nice. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I came in last week to get a haircut because of Warren tricomi's reputation. I waited 6 months to grow out a bad haircut (from a dif salon) and left Warren tricomi with the WORST HAIRCUT EVER. As you can see, I have with choppy and disconnected layers and botched hair. I can't believe I paid 250 for this haircut :( I'm so disappointed and insecure now.

If I could give a literally "0" star to this salon I would. They schedule you an appoinment then 30 min before your appt, they cancel it without any explanation. They cancel your appoinment you don't even know. They claim texting you. It is very disorganized, has no work ethics, neither friendly. Just avoid this salon at all cost!!

I have been to this new salon several times. Warning, the management gives free reign over what the colorist charges. My charge with Catalina for single process and highlights has been $450. When I went to the desk to pay I was told the fee was $750. I called out to Catalina about the price. If the front desk or Catalina gave me this quote prior to me sitting down in the chair I would have walked out. Completely unprofessional.
