If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I went to Warren Tricomi Salon for a simple blowdry, and it turned into the WORST experience of my life. The stylist completely ruined my hair. The blowdry left my roots curly and frizzy--it looked like I hadn't even been to a salon. Then, she convinced me my hair was 'dead' and needed a trim, which I DIDN'T EVEN WANT. Fifty Shades of Brass and Ash... Not the Salon to go to if you want your hair colored blonde! My hair was colored by one of Edward Tricomi's Color Corrector Specialist! I started off platinum and wanted to have contrast added to my hair. I grew my roots out. The colorist broke my base color and gave me bright orange/ brass roots and ash/ white/ gray hair. Buying a box of hair color at CVS would be a better choice over going to this Salon.

Edward recently cut my hair. And by cut, I mean he took all of about 5 minutes (literally, 5 minutes) to hastily chop my hair. He was soooo rushed, not careful or thoughtful about the cut, and didn't listen to a word I had to say about my preferences. He just kept telling me that he knew what he was doing. Well..since my last review with this company. I must say they haven't come through with their promise.I haven't be able to get refund or a do over with anyone..because they haven't given me a response. The amount of money i paid to see Anthony for a really bad haircut it's terrible. But what is worst the communication with Management.

A lovely, well appointed salon, but they need better communication during the color consultation. I came here in December to get balayage highlights after having highlights put in at the root for a few years. My hair had grown out for 4-5 months since my last color treatment so my roots had grown out quite a bit by this appointment. I rarely write reviews. I used to get my color done here by a lovely woman. Unfortunately she left and is now working in Westchester. I decided to try a new colorist (bleach blond gal). She did my highlights and even though I asked for palish blond / natural looking, I got brassy, brassy and even more brassy highlights. I went back immediately. I had highlights done at this salon and my hair was completely damage. My is breaking and looks like straw even after I had at least 6 inches cut. I have very dark hair and I have had highlights before and never did my hair turn out this way. I was so upset but did not say anything. I'm not sure if this colorist had experience working with dark hair. I regret coming here.

I wish I could split my review into 2. The only reason I gave a whole 2 stars was because the colorist, Deirdre did a really good job on my full highlights. I used a groupon deal, so in my mind it wasn't too expensive. Now, getting to everything else. When I hear Warren Tricomi, I think of a high end city salon. This was not what I experienced. The worst hair experience I have ever had. Started at the flatiron salon booking wrong stylist Was only a colorist not a hair cutter. Stylist they gave me was just out of a laser procedure should not have been on the salon floor.. He did not listen to one word I said re styling. I left and had to but a street hat.called the shop and was offered a redo with the owner. He did the best he could not good at all he also said this was the worst haircut he ever saw. Never go to this highly rated shop.
