Compared rates with several different lenders and Mike was able to offer us the lowest one. Closing costs were lower than I expected, and we were ready to close on our house a week early had the seller chose to do so. Mike took the time to sit down with us and answer our questions, and was very responsive to help us with other questions that came up during the closing process. I would highly recommend Mike and would definitely work with him again.

Major shout out to and for Mike Carpenter! He handled our refinance from start to finish and it was such a smooth, simple and speedy affair I can't say enough about it! The entire process was coordinated completely via phone and email. And his response time was as close to immediate as it gets. And on closing day the signer came to my office to gather all signatures, notarize and finalize the process all in under an hour. I do not think that we would have closed on time without Ken (COVID had everything shut down and he pushed the appraiser, escrow, etc.) . Additionally, Ken got me the best rate possible and when rates went down a week later, he was able to help me get the better rate from a different bank (as the 1st bank did not budge) and still close on time (even during Pandemic! - Covid). I couldn’t be happier to write this review for Mike! He wasn’t pushy when I first contacted him about a VA refi. I told him what interest rate I was looking for. The rate wasn’t there yet but advised me to fill out the loan application and that was the interest rate dipped to what I wanted, he would lock in the rate. So that’s what we did. He kept me updated through the whole process and I had a successful closing. I highly recommend Mike!

Seth is a man of his word. We were referred to Seth by our real estate agent last year, and we just finished the second refinance with him. We have been super happy with him. He got us the best rates both times, and finished very swiftly. One thing of note is that is that his style is slightly unconventional. I highly recommend Jeff and his wonderful team. I rarely give reviews but due to his amazing costumer service and most important the value provided this review is well worth it. Do not waste time going somewhere else he is the MAN and he will take care of you. Every communication I had with him or anybody of his team ( Danielle) were prompt and polite. Results speak even more than I can tell you here.
