I agree with the reviews I am reading, it is very frustrating to deal with customer service. Every time you call you get a different answer, I believe the customer should be able to deal with the same person every time, you call. Once you get approved for disability, it's gets easier to deal with, it took me almost 2 months to receive my first check. The questions on the paper work needs to be more clear.
