Company is a waste of money. You have to fight and fight to try to get your benefits from them and they will do anything they can to not pay you. Do NOT waste your money with this company.

This company is a total rip off. The customer service is a joke and the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t walk away RUN

Scam company! Agent sold life insurance to my Dad in early 1990’s to 2000’s. It had a medical stipulation that it didn’t pay in full for 2 years. Agent would come back every 23 months to “up” the policy. He never allowed the life insurance to reach that 2 year mark. Old policy was terminated when new policy began. We just found out there is a policy in 2003 that was terminated one month before 2 year mark and almost 2 months before my Dad died. We’ll see how it turns out. We found out about this recently (16 years af... read more

My policy with this company was purchased online as a membership requirement to attain Health insurance and should have been cancelled when the health policy was cancelled. Never again will I allow direct withdraw with anyone. After contacting Washington National I was instructed to cancel in writing. You could provide access to cancellation forms (along with your many other forms) that are required for cancellation.

Please whatever you do, Do not sign up for any type of policy through these people! The agent by the name of Naomi Peters sold me a worthless policy back in 2018 after I explained to her that I wanted a policy that would help with expenses if I were to start a family. The beginning of 2019 I became pregnant and the end of the year I filed a claim. Of course it was denied and not paid out like everyone else’s claim on here! For 2 months, I gathered unnecessary paperwork only to get denied when I was reassured that this policy... read more

Stop dropping in unannounced on elderly rural victims and bullying them into buying completely unneeded expensive products. Completely unscrupulous organization.

This company is extremely unprofessional. I made my first payment and they said they hadn’t received it, I then made another payment and again, they said they didn’t receive it. So, I made ANOTHER PAYMENT because my account was then in a “Grace Period” and I went to the Post Office and got a money order to send to them. I was going to make sure that this was tracked, seeing as how I had made multiple payments previously and it was taken out of my account but yet they said they didn’t receive anything. With this last paym... read more
