Someone just showed up at our door at 9:00 at night when our kids are sleeping and wanted to come in and talk to us about insurance. I notified the police. This man gave me a really bad feeling! You do not show up at a house that late at night when all the lights are off and ask if you can come in and talk to them. That was beyond inappropriate!
I'm not sure which part of a complete rotator cuff tear and labrum slap tear from weight lifting and/or playing capture the flag isn't an accident. Glad I've been paying toward supplemental insurance for 4 years, then not being able to use it when I need it. I'll be seeing if that famous duck is better to work with at open enrollment.

Horrible insurance company salesman told me I had a return of premium policy and that I could cancel at any time with full reimbursement of what I paid in. I had the policy for over three years and they sent me $34 back after paying and $50 a month. I will be contacting the insurance commissioner and I suggest everybody else that has had a problem with them do the same and get their license taken away.

I have had a disability coverage with Washington National since 2010 and only thought i had purchased life insurance. I found out when an agent came to my job. Since, i have been trying to go back 5 years and file claims for my children and I. I am being talked to horribly by Chuck( the Supervisor) Lashell( agent) and totally disregarded when attempting to file my claim for my disability from last year for the months of June thru December. I RECOMMEND NOT GETTING ANY POLICY THAT THEY CLAIM U GET A 20 YEAR RETURN IF U DON'T FILE A CLAIM. SEPTEMBER 1, 2019 WOULD HAVE BEEN MY 20 YEARS TO GET MY MONEY BACK, BUT THEY CLAIM I DIDN'T PAY FOR A YEAR. THEREFORE THEY SAID I HAD A LAPSE IN POLICY.
