SUCKS the salesman puts my name on my policy wrong over a year now and is still not right, I think the customer service is sourced out I have never spoke to anyone I can understand.

This is most likely a scam company; been waiting for weeks for information from them; nothing. Phone calls -- always on hold and then the agent claims the policy is non-existent even though they sent my deceased relative information.

My father and mother have insurance policies with Washington National. They have been paying over $15,000 a year for long term care/cancer/heart attack insurance. Their rep was Christopher Wheeler. My father passed away a few months ago and we had questions about his policy and my mothers. Terrible service! On hold 30 minutes! Sent POA needed for dying mothers policy to transfer benefits to funeral home. It is an air tight POA! They are balking at it!!! Terrible!!!!

I find this really unfortunate. I was encouraged to get my insurance license and go to work for Washington National I found out I'm not a Salesman. 3 years down the road I don't work for in the Washington National anymore and it cost me money not to work for you that's messed up.

Horrific customer service. They will not answer questions , I was told to read my policy .. I have been lied to repeatedly by there agents ....Find another way to enjoyably spend your money ... Shop before you sign up

Misleading sales agents. Be careful. Our sales representative lied to me and my wife. SCAMMERS. The reviews are accurate. More negatives than positive. For a reason. Bad people taking advantage fro hard working people.

This company is the biggest bunch of worthless crooks in the business ! I signed up for a policy knowing I would be changing employers and the assured me of the ease of transfer to another job. There would be no issues. I called and gave them my new employer and my employee ID almost a full two months before my first check. Nothing came out of my check so I emailed the rep who signed me up.
