I was very impressed with the top-notch care and expertise provided by the radiologists and technicians, and the facility itself was comfortable with convenient parking. However, I was surprised by an unexpected balance at checkout. My only complaint is the billing process. I was blindsided by a fee, and the receptionist had a poor attitude when I asked to be billed later. Please ensure patients are informed of their out-of-pocket costs before they arrive, not when they are leaving.

I went in for my Annual Mammogram on this past Friday Feb 21- Getting a Mammogram can be a very stressful test, however the ladies there were extremely kind, gentle and reassuring. It was practically painless. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The staff here was very friendly and I was early for my appointment and was taken back right away. It was a great experience. Where I ran into problems is with the facility getting the results to my doctor. They never received the results and calling and trying to get through to someone to help was impossible. Eventually I went to the facility and got them myself, which was an easy experience so that was good. In the end I would say those performing the exams are excellent but they need some work in the administration area.

I always have a positive experience at Washington Radiology despite the anxiety provoking nature of mammograms. The office managers and receptionists are friendly and the office is clean and welcoming. Typically there's never a wait (today was the exception) and they send me an annual reminder along with easy scheduling online. The woman that completed my exam today, Vicky, was so kind and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable. Her bedside manner was the best I have experienced thus far. First off, after reading all of the bad reviews, I almost canceled my appointment. I feared going through an afternoon of hell. So glad I went. I am dumbfounded as to how there could be so many bad reviews, when my experience was absolutely wonderful. I was cheerfully greeted at the front desk. In fact, the woman was kind enough to help get my ID out of my wallet, which was stuck in there. I was called back just a few minutes after my appointment time, by Kelly. She was nice as could be. TL;DR: I had a great experience with my biopsy today -- or at least as great of an experience as somebody repeatedly jabbing a needle into your nipple can possibly be. While I certainly wouldn't recommend the procedure just for kicks, if you find yourself in need of one, this is the place! I called a dozen radiology practices before finding Washington Radiology, who were the only practice to show me empathy and work me in the same day for a desperately needed CT scan. The technician was very caring yet efficient. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for any radiology needs.

I drove out my wife for a diagnostic mammogram. The radiology tech and radiologist who helped me were lovely and front desk staff was friendly. They were prompt and kept me updated on what was going on while we were waiting. Just keep in mind to schedule your appointment as early as possible, my wife had to wait almost 2 weeks for here appointment

I used to go to WRA for years in Chevy Chase. The WRA on Ridgefield Circle has been outstanding with a variety of imaging tests I needed! Happy it's close to my home! Efficient, beautiful facility and professional staff. Little to no wait, spacious facility and customer service is a clear top priority! Highly recommend this WRA location.
