I know these folks pretty well due to business and medical dealings. I am quite satisfied with the level of professionalism and I would recommend them for thoroughness as well.
Just came back from a mammogram and Barb made sure it was 100% pain free!! Thank you so much!!

Must admit, the negative reviews scared me a bit, but my experience with Washington Radiology in Sterling was nothing but positive! Tina at the front desk smiled when I entered, was kind, courteous and professional. I was called back at 10:05 for a 10:15 scan appointment. My Nurse, Karen, was outstanding. She explained everything very thoroughly, was efficient, positive and confident, thus instilling confidence in me. I have been going to Washington Radiology for the last 10 years. Everyone is always very nice. The facility is clean and well decorated, the technicians are always very nice. The radiologists are also very knowledgeable and friendly. I have been to other facilities in the area and was not impressed. I would definitely recommend!
I'm actually surprised at some of the negative reviews. I had to visit this location on two separate occasions (CT head and sinus scans), and both were wonderful. All my appointments started on time, the receptionist was polite, and the staff inside doing to my scans were really nice and quite funny. Even the billing went smoothly.

I have been getting quarterly CT scans here for the past two years. I have never had to wait. The staff is always friendly. Karen is a fabulous nurse! Parking is convenient. I'm afraid I will be continuing to get scans for a while. But I do not dread the appointments. They make this experience so much better because of their caring, efficient staff. Again, Karen is masterful at nursing, treats her patients with such care. I am grateful for WA Radiology in Sterling.

I think what you experience here depends on who you get as your nurse or attendant. 4 years ago I had to get a mammogram and I got this horrible nurse who caused me so much pain during a mammogram that I thought I would never get one again. The following year I got Letticia (TIsh) is what she goes by and let me tell you... the difference was night and day. Moved out of the area but recently had to get another mammogram done so I requested Tish and went through her again. There was a little discomfort but having a nurse ... read more
This place is pretty good, besides the terrible attitude of the front desk's girl. You can get the results right away but be prepared to wait for at lease 15min
I've been here twice in the past year for two different tests. Please note that on the first floor of the building there are two separate areas depending on the exam you're having done, luckily there was signage on the door to guide me. There was a bit of a wait, I came in the early part of the afternoon, and from the time that my appointment was it probably took about 30 minutes before I was taken back for my exam.
