I had a CT this morning. I am three weeks post op from a bilateral mastectomy. The office is very nice and the staff was very helpful. My radiology nurse, Karen Moulton, was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, compassionate and walked me through the entire process. She made what was an otherwise uncomfortable and frightening experience as pleasant as possible. Would highly recommend this location and staff.

I had a CT at this location and couldn't be happier with how I was treated! My radiology nurse, Karen, was amazing and answered all my questions! I would recommend WRA to anyone who needs imaging done. I honestly would give 10/5 stars if I could!

I had my mammogram on 7/7/25. I have yet to be contacted about my results. I paid an extra $119.00 for a special reading. Can't get a hold of them.

Don't even think of trying to schedule a bone scan here. They are simply incapable of honoring appointments. My closest Washington Radiology location is not doing bone scans anymore or in the foreseeable future, so I was referred to this location, where I had to wait six months just to get an appointment only to have three successive appointments cancelled on me at the last minute. This location has no commitment to its patients and their wellbeing. I wouldn't have any tests here even it was the last place on earth doing... read more

My review is very similar in nature to the negative reviews that this facility has received for many years. I chose to give no stars simply because I did not receive a service but rather a very frustrating and unpleasant experience. Im not sure if patient care or concern is a part of who Washington Radiology is?? After waiting 1 1/2 hr for a routine mamogram that had been scheduled in advance I approached the reception lady to ask when would I be seen. After waiting four months for a late January appointment to have a DEXA scan. I was called a week prior to my appointment date to CANCEL it due to an "emergency staffing issue", with no alternative appointment date. I spoke to the onsite administrator and learned they had lost their technician and were seeking a replacement. She promised to call back to set up a new appointment. I came into the office about 3 weeks ago and was told I signed up for the wrong service on my doctors order. I was rescheduled for today. I came in and they still had my appointment under the wrong service even though it was booked in office. Before I found that news out I overheard them saying to patients they were running 30 minutes behind due to staffing issues. Also, they were calling patients to reschedule from their October appointments to December appointments. What a mess the office was today!!

Terrible service, that is not worth the wait of waste of time. They called me an hour before my appointment to let me know they were running an hour late and offered me another date to go (on a Sunday). I asked if I should arrive a bit later instead, so I dont have to wait that long, and told me no. I payed them upfront on the day of service and 6 months later they had the nerve to send me a bill for a service that I already paid for, next I getting calls from collections after I sent them proof of payment. I will never deal with Washington Radiology again as long as I live.
