I needed a CT scan that was not covered by my insurance. Washington Radiology was the most affordable option in the area. My experience there was very good. I was able to schedule the test within a few days. There was no wait, everyone was very professional.

This is Charles F. who wrote a Yelp review on Washington Radiology Sterling on March 3. Since I update my profile, I no longer have access to my old account and therefore can not update nor remove the review I posted. I want to update it here by saying that Dr. Chopra called me two time to discuss my issues, explain what happened and correct the problems that precipitated my earlier review. Barbara (Barb) is absolutely fantastic. She explains everything in detail and takes her time so I never felt rushed. After speaking to her I knew exactly what to expect. She has a beautiful soul. I am thankful God aligned the stars and paired me with her. God doesn't make mistakes. Very professional and knowledgeable!

I don't usually have to wait but today they were very busy and I liked that the courteous staff kept me informed of how long I could expect u til the next steps. I get my mammogram here every year and I always know it'll be easy and my whole body won't be exposed. They do a great job of respecting the situation.

Was very skeptical of the negative reviews but had an excellent experience. First mammogram, no issues or family history fortunately, but nervous nonetheless. Zero wait time, paperwork was breeze, and the tech was very professional and did not cause me any pain. She also told me that I would get a callback within 2 days, if needed, which is nice to hear they don't leave patients waiting a week or two to know if there is an issue.

Wanted to make sure I write a nice review for a nice experience for what can be a tricky and stressful experience. They were thorough, kind, attentive and professional. I even drove 30min just so I could get an appointment, but worth the drive.

From the front desk to the procedures, the staff were all efficient and friendly. It's not an easy feeling to be medically examined and to hear the diagnosis but they made the experience as comfortable as possible for me. The office is very clean and organized. I highly recommend this office for your radiological procedures!

I had a CT scan at this lab and it's been a wonderful experience all along . Making appointment was very easy . The front office was very friendly and helpful. Nancy was very nice and friendly. The nurse Karen is sweet heart and made the scanning process look very good. I definitely recommend this place.
