I scheduled a full diagnostic mammogram which was ordered by my doctor because of my lumpectomy history. When I scheduled it, I told the person that I needed the diagnostic!!! When I got to my appointment they said it was scheduled as a routine screening and had no time for me. I was NOT HAPPY!! They would not accommodate me, after it being their fault with whomever scheduled me, scheduled it wrong!!! Thanks The staff was rude, uncaring and could not get me back in for a month. Twice my appointment has been canceled because they can't find staff for a 4:30 appointment. Now I have to take off work and lose money, need to find another company.

My 2 hour appointment was canceled as I waited in the reception area. Upon arrival for my appointment, I waited several minutes for the receptionists to finish their conversation to acknowledge me (9 minutes past my appointment time to be exact). 26 minutes past my appointment time, I was called up and informed that my order from my dr's office was incorrect, and they had no luck getting anyone from my dr's office on the phone to correct it. Gone downhill, sorry to say. "Screening" person in building lobby on cell phone on personal call, using same gloves with phone as handling items for patients. Front desk person unable to handle issue with another patients paperwork, causing 30-45 min delay for everyone else waiting. Gown not in plastic bag, had medical item still glued on (me thinks not clean). Nurse was impatient with zero compassion that patients are undergoing unpleasant test which the results of could be life changing. She kept complaining to me about th... read more

I arrived at the Sterling office of Washington Radiology for a scheduled March 3rd, 2020, 10:45 am appointment and was told that they didn't have me down for an appointment and to top it off, I either had to get reauthorization or sign a waiver for payment if I wanted to have an appointment today. When I scheduled the appointment on the phone about 4 weeks ago, nothing was said about this when I gave them my insurance information. Very, very poor customer service. They have big sign for dignity, respect and consideration but they don't believe in anything. Respect other persons time especially if it's something quick and simple. What a waste of time??? Next time I will definitely choose another facility.

It's a very long story, but the sum of it is that I've been trying to get a pre-approval for an appointment for the past 3 weeks. With lots of back and forth with the insurance company, insurance co. and I've determined that they've been just not doing their end of the job (they claim insurance denied the pre-approval, when none was ever filed!) and seeking extra money by having the patient pay upfront. The lack of patient care and customer service is astounding. AVOID.

Just take a look at the review on yelp by the poster ACM. It makes no sense yet it obviously portrays itself to be negative to the detriment of Washington radiology. This is the problem with Yelp anybody can say what they want to say and ruin the reputation of a service provider. The ACM review and a number of the other reviews about Washington radiology should be reviewed them selves and taken down. No I don't work for them

Been taking more chances for this place to find their route to take it up a notch but then again, the expectations is again low. Am heading somewhere to get it done. Fairfax Radiology OR elsewhere.
