This week, I had to have a renal ultrasound, which is an ultrasound of the kidneys and bladder. I had the same kind of ultrasound about four years ago at a different place. The last time It was in the summer and I was wearing gym shorts and a t-shirt. When I went in the male tech asked me just to lift my t-shirt and lower the waistband of my gym shorts down to just under my bellybutton. I had a CT scan on 7/11 and it is now 7/24 and I still have no results. I spoke to the radiologist who indicated I needed a biopsy of a nodule and that he would send the results the next day to my doctor. Nothing. I called my doctors office today and they still do not have any results. I would not recommend the Washington Radiology Sterling office as they are clearly too busy to handle any more business.

Zero stars. The Sterling location of Washington Radiology is a complete joke. The front staff here are extremely dishonest, lazy, and the most incompetent set of individuals that you'll ever run across. I had more than enough of the documents that would have been needed, but the front desk individual continued to refuse and kept stating that I needed additional testing; she then stated that she would contact my provider's office. Disorganized, slow. They lack the necessary staff to support the amount of appointments they book per day - and they tell you this upfront BUT.....they expect you to show up on time and wait for an hour or longer.

Do not go here! They rarely answer the phone when you call. You can try leaving a message but there is a 0% chance they call you back. When they do answer they are of no help. They can't even use their own fax machine. When you start asking questions, they just hang up on you. They are other radiology places in the area go to one of them not here!

Washington Radiology sold out to larger company. Just had my mammogram a month ago. After not hearing from them for 10 days, my dr. Office called and they were told it hadn't been read yet. I drove over and asked to speak to the manager. She apologized but had no reason why it wasn't read. I pitched a fit and got the test read and results were sent to my doctor that day. Also, technician asked if I had had a vaccine. I asked her why that was relevant. She didn't answer but wrote "no" next to vaccinated. She then took the mam... read more

If you don't read this entire review, just read this: AVOID THIS PLACE. NEVER GO HERE BECAUSE THEY HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AVAILABLE. I originally went here in 2019 and saw Dr. Allison. She was doing a foot ultrasound (went twice) and "couldn't find my cyst." I was in so much pain and I cried after my ultrasound. She threw me a paper towel to wipe off and closed the door. I scheduled a full diagnostic mammogram which was ordered by my doctor because of my lumpectomy history. When I scheduled it, I told the person that I needed the diagnostic!!! When I got to my appointment they said it was scheduled as a routine screening and had no time for me. I was NOT HAPPY!! Twice my appointment has been canceled because they can't find staff for a 4:30 appointment. Now I have to take off work and lose money, need to find another company.
