Corvi provided some of the best customer service I have ever received for ANY product or service. He returns phone calls and emails quicker than ANYONE I have ever contacted INCLUDING co-workers and at all places I have worked - I was very impressed by this since I work for a large organization. I will recommend him to any friends and family looking to purchase or refinance their home!!

I refinanced my mortgage with Casey Lamm. He was very professional and made the process seamless. I like that they are paperless and everything can be signed online. The process was fast and easy. Highly recommend.

Cathy was very knowledgeable and moved quickly to ensure I received the best rate package that was available. I live across the country from her office but the process was seamless. She arranged for my home appraisal as well as the proper personnel to come to my house at my convenience to sign the final documents.

My experience with Jennifer was very positive. Being our first home purchase I had a lot of questions and was constantly asking about each step in the process. Not only did Jennifer answer all my questions quickly, but she did so in a way that didn't make me feel as if I was being a hassle. Watermark Home Loans, and Jennifer Chang in particular, came recommended to me and I'm glad they did. By the way, because of her efforts we were able to close a full week ahead of schedule which greatly benefited us.

I had a wonderful home buying experience with Jennifer Chang at Watermark. I am a first-time home buyer and a little clueless about what I was doing. Jennifer was incredibly helpful, but more importantly, extremely hard working. My home builder was not very responsive and made the entire process a challenge. Jennifer was aggressive and efficient in every aspect of the mortgage process. Without her, I would've had a much more stressful experience.

We really worked these guys hard and threw them quite a few curve balls and they always responded with options and solid answers. We are in the Midwest but the technology available to them made document transfers simple. The underwriting process went very smooth due to the initial preparedness and information gathered. In all we were very happy with services provided.
