Casey Lamm and his team did an exceptional job coordinating all the required information, the appraisal, and all other details right up to the closing. I am extremely satisfied with how quickly we were able to close and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Casey and Watermark.
Casey Lamm was very responsive and professional. I tend to be a bit over anxious and he maintained complete professionalism throughout the process. In addition, while only having a 40 day rate lock, we were able to fund my loan with well over a week to spare.

We just completed a refinance with Watermark Home Loans, our broker was Jennifer Chang. We couldn't be happier and more pleased. We started off with Sebonic and had horrible customer service, jumped over to Watermark and it was night and day. She's quick to communicate, never leaves you hanging, explains it all - extremely professional. A+ and that's saying a lot considering how difficult mortgage loans have become. We knew throughout the entire process that she was on top of it and looking out for our best interests.
