My Experience with WaterMark has been very good. I was able to secure a very decent interest rate, but in addition to that Jennifer Chang at Watermark was very helpful through the process and patiently explained everything to me in detail. I appreciate the personalized service and the attention to detail. All this made my re finance a breeze.
For my refinance I used Watermark Home Loans default title company, the only problems I had were with the title company. The final loan docs were supposed to be ready for a 7pm signing with a notary. The documents were not received on the promised day and notification was not given until the time of the appointment that the docs were not ready. Cathy was an absolute pleasure to work with. She kept my husband and I in the loop every step of the way! Not once did I have to contact her for a status as she was always providing us with updates. In addition we were asked to move our closing up 30 days and she was able to accomidate our deadline. I would hands down recommend Cathy to anyone who is looking to purchase and or refinance. So many mortgage companies went under when the recession hit in 2008 but not Watermark Home Loans. I spoke with them about a re-fi in 2007 and had an extremely pleasant experience. Very friendly and honest about what I should expect with the process and my situation. Very good experience, I did many refinances before and it was probably the best experience so far. During signing process I had few questions and my loan office was able to turn around and provide very clear answers in very short period of time.Thank you
My experience with Watermark Home Loans was top notch. I was initially unsure if a refi would be beneficial for me at this point. They explained to me the pros and cons of refinancing based on my personal situation in this current real estate climate. In the end, they were able to refinance my home at a great rate which saved me hundreds/month. This was all done quickly and efficiently with great customer service from all involved.
