My loan officer Casey helped me extensively and cheerfully through the loan process. One great part is that a majority of the work was done electronically. This saved a lot of time and effort. The bottom line is that I got a fantastic rate on a jumbo loan that I wouldn’t have been able to receive by going directly to the larger lenders. Highly recommended!

The mortgage process is now not easy - a lot of documentation and a few traps. Casey Lamm at Watermark Home Loans walked us through that process perfectly.We were targeting a 30 year fixed rate jumbo at 4% or below and ended up with 3.785% - this is the lowest cost we have borrowed at in about 20 financings on the dozen or so properties we have owned.Casey was responsive to our rate optimization and our timing preferences. Fees were as anticipated.

We re financed our house with Casey lamm at watermark. Would highly recommend him. He is very professional and answers all phone calls and e mails in a timely manner. Most importantly we closed on time at the promised interest rate. They have the best rates and service. Would recommend to anyone purchasing or re financing a home

I cannot describe how wonderful it was to work with someone as thorough and professional as Jennifer Chang from Watermark Home Loans. From the very start, she was very much on top of her game and kept me (the borrower) fully informed through the various stages of the processing. This has been the best refinance experience I have had in a long time. I would recommend her to my friends and associates without any hesitation.

I had a wonderful experience refinancing a home loan with Jennifer Chang at Watermark. She was thorough, responsive and very helpful throughout the process. When there was a hiccup at the very end she stepped in and smoothed it out. She was honest and straightforward as well in terms of my expectations. Jennifer was extremely professional and responsive during the entire mortgage process. She provided answers to all of our questions very quickly and helped guide us through the transaction. She also ensured that all necessary documentation was in order for the transaction to proceed as necessary.

We found Watermark Home Loans on Bankrate.com and were a little skeptical at first, as it was a company that we had not heard of. However, the service we received was exceptional. Our mortgage broker was Ryan Sheets. He was on top of everything. He was responsive and knowledgeable. Overall, we were extremely happy with the service received, the great interest rate, and the small out of pocket expenses! I would highly recommend Watermark to anyone looking for a mortgage or refi.
