We re financed our house with Casey lamm at watermark. Would highly recommend him. He is very professional and answers all phone calls and e mails in a timely manner. Most importantly we closed on time at the promised interest rate. They have the best rates and service. Would recommend to anyone purchasing or re financing a home

Jennifer was extremely professional and responsive during the entire mortgage process. She provided answers to all of our questions very quickly and helped guide us through the transaction. She also ensured that all necessary documentation was in order for the transaction to proceed as necessary.

We found Watermark Home Loans on Bankrate.com and were a little skeptical at first, as it was a company that we had not heard of. However, the service we received was exceptional. Our mortgage broker was Ryan Sheets. He was on top of everything. He was responsive and knowledgeable. Overall, we were extremely happy with the service received, the great interest rate, and the small out of pocket expenses! I would highly recommend Watermark to anyone looking for a mortgage or refi.
