Jennifer was extremely professional and responsive during the entire mortgage process. She provided answers to all of our questions very quickly and helped guide us through the transaction. She also ensured that all necessary documentation was in order for the transaction to proceed as necessary.

We found Watermark Home Loans on Bankrate.com and were a little skeptical at first, as it was a company that we had not heard of. However, the service we received was exceptional. Our mortgage broker was Ryan Sheets. He was on top of everything. He was responsive and knowledgeable. Overall, we were extremely happy with the service received, the great interest rate, and the small out of pocket expenses! I would highly recommend Watermark to anyone looking for a mortgage or refi.

When I first contacted Watermark Home Loans, it was after hours, but the managing lender was still at work and answered the phone. He was great in patiently taking all my information for the next half hour in order to email my real estate agent a pre-approval letter that evening.
