We found Watermark Home Loans on Bankrate.com and were a little skeptical at first, as it was a company that we had not heard of. However, the service we received was exceptional. Our mortgage broker was Ryan Sheets. He was on top of everything. He was responsive and knowledgeable. Overall, we were extremely happy with the service received, the great interest rate, and the small out of pocket expenses! I would highly recommend Watermark to anyone looking for a mortgage or refi.
From beginning to end, they were easy to deal with, responsive and helpful. Whenever I had questions, they answered quickly. I looked at about 10 other lenders before I selected Watermark. I am happy that I made the decision to go with them and would definitely recommend them to others.
Casey Lamm is amazing and so incredibly helpful. He was always responsive to my emails, took time to explain everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend any of my friends to him.
When I first contacted Watermark Home Loans, it was after hours, but the managing lender was still at work and answered the phone. He was great in patiently taking all my information for the next half hour in order to email my real estate agent a pre-approval letter that evening. I recently used Watermark to refinance my home. Ryan Sheets walked me through the process and was responsive to my inquiries. The refi flowed smoothly and we met the the required timelines and received the terms promised.
Watermark is very responsive and knowledgable. We were able to refinance within 30 days at the lowest possible rate. I would recommend them to family and friends.
I had never heard of Watermark before, but on the basis of their strong Zillow reviews and an extremely competitive 30-year fixed refi rate, I went ahead and reached out to Casey Lamm. Casey is extremely knowledgeable and while I can't speak to how he would do with a first-time homeowner, we as seasoned homeowners who have gone through the refinancing process multiple times with other lenders felt very comfortable working with Casey, who ultimately got us over the finish line with a great rate.
Stacy has recently handled both a purchase (2012) and a refi (2015) for me. I have worked in the loan industry in the past and there is no one more knowledgeable in her field.
