Watermark is very responsive and knowledgable. We were able to refinance within 30 days at the lowest possible rate. I would recommend them to family and friends.
I had never heard of Watermark before, but on the basis of their strong Zillow reviews and an extremely competitive 30-year fixed refi rate, I went ahead and reached out to Casey Lamm. Casey is extremely knowledgeable and while I can't speak to how he would do with a first-time homeowner, we as seasoned homeowners who have gone through the refinancing process multiple times with other lenders felt very comfortable working with Casey, who ultimately got us over the finish line with a great rate.
Stacy has recently handled both a purchase (2012) and a refi (2015) for me. I have worked in the loan industry in the past and there is no one more knowledgeable in her field. She has had experience in every aspect of the business which makes her BRILLIANT at effectively and efficiently moving the process along painlessly. Stacy was always there for me when I had questions and she got me my dream home. During our closing she was on vacation but she made sure we were in good hands and picked it up very quickly when she got back.

My Experience with WaterMark has been very good. I was able to secure a very decent interest rate, but in addition to that Jennifer Chang at Watermark was very helpful through the process and patiently explained everything to me in detail. I appreciate the personalized service and the attention to detail. All this made my re finance a breeze.
For my refinance I used Watermark Home Loans default title company, the only problems I had were with the title company. The final loan docs were supposed to be ready for a 7pm signing with a notary. The documents were not received on the promised day and notification was not given until the time of the appointment that the docs were not ready. Cathy was an absolute pleasure to work with. She kept my husband and I in the loop every step of the way! Not once did I have to contact her for a status as she was always providing us with updates. In addition we were asked to move our closing up 30 days and she was able to accomidate our deadline. I would hands down recommend Cathy to anyone who is looking to purchase and or refinance.
