Cathy was awesome. She helped me with 2 loans and it could not have been easier. I have had many loans processed in the past and this was by far the best experience I have had. Great customer service.
It was great working with Cathy on our refinance and she was available for other questions and very responsive and helpful. I plan to use her for my next real estate loan.

Re-fie'd my house thru Watermark. Process was easy. There were several small delays but Jennifer Chang got my rate lock extended and this never became a problem. Jennifer kept me in the loop and responded quickly whenever I had a question. Great rate, great service.
