Kory was great to work with he made it simple and not stressful everything was straight forward . Kory would answer my questions with ease and didn't give me any go around answers. He locked me into the great low rate he quoted in the beginning with no excuses at the end. If you are getting Watermarks number from Zillow don't hesitate to call they are legit.
I worked with Kory on 2 refi's over the last year and each went very smooth. Was able to get a great rate on my Jumbo loan. I would recommend Watermark to anyone looking for a good mortgage company/broker.
I was hesitant at first about an online refinance as opposed to going with a brick and mortar lender but I did talk to them a few times on the phone first, did some research and found mostly positive experiences. I went ahead with them and got the best rate of any other lender with no closing costs. They were very helpful throughout the whole process and work around my schedule. I would not hesitate to work with them again

I was a little skeptical of using an online lender at first. However, this feeling immediately went away when I started working with Watermark. Brock was absolutely fantastic.
