Watermark took me through a very large loan recently on a home purchase, helping me navigate all the hoops and requirements that go along with that. The rate we got was fantastic and recently refinanced using them again with an even better rate!

Just closed a refi loan on my condo. I highly recommend Cathy and her associates. Very friendly and pleasant to work with, quick to respond to my questions, and willing to go an extra mile to help me resolve any challenges in the process (in my case the title company didn't like a particular document I had to provide, despite it being an original, but luckily we were able to have it resolved). Would use these guys again.

I worked primarily with Ryan Sheets. I was skeptical that Watermark would be able to deliver on what appeared to be an unbelievable rate - one that was at least 25 basis points better than anyone else was quoting. Watermark delivered on everything as promised, and held our deal together despite a delay caused by my prior lender. I highly recommend working with Ryan, and would not hesitate to do so again.
