The loan agent was very diligent, communicated clearly and followed promptly to close the refinance loan. I would recommend this agent to any one. He was not in a hurry to close the loan, but rather patient enough to do what is best for the customer.

Just closed a refi loan on my condo. I highly recommend Cathy and her associates. Very friendly and pleasant to work with, quick to respond to my questions, and willing to go an extra mile to help me resolve any challenges in the process (in my case the title company didn't like a particular document I had to provide, despite it being an original, but luckily we were able to have it resolved). Would use these guys again.
