We are so happy to have Jennifer Chang as our refinance Mortgage banker. She's a wonderful and honest person to work it. We've recommended her to all of our friends and families. The rates/credits offered by Watermark were very good . Everything worked out very well. Jennifer made sure we close in time, even with some last minute changes to pay off notice from my old lender. She was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. We hope to work with her in the future to refi other properties.
I have worked with Watermark Home Loans three times on two home loans and have just closed today on a refinance. My mortgage banker through all this has been Cathy Dragna and I just have to say...
