Thoroughly investigated and presented all of our options plus kept on top of the situation so we were able to get the best rate in the changing market. Once our decision was made the process was smooth and stress-free.
Obtaining a cash out loan is work. I worked with Brock R. Hicks and he took a lot of the aggravation out of the process. From start to finish he was on top of the file. He consistently provided updates and responses to my questions. I was really impressed by his capability and follow thru. It was a really professional and clear endeavor. I would readily work with Brock again. He is a top notch mortgage banker.
I had a very positive experience with Watermark. Cathy Dragna was very responsive and able to close a home mortgage for me in approximately one month's time. I would recommend Watermark to anyone looking for a mortgage.
I just refinanced an excess of $1 million mortgage through Watermark and cannot recommend them more highly. I have had numerous mortgages all of which have been through local institutions where I have actually met with and known the people with whom I have been dealing. So I had some trepidation about dealing with someone on the other side of the country.
