I worked primarily with Ryan Sheets. I was skeptical that Watermark would be able to deliver on what appeared to be an unbelievable rate - one that was at least 25 basis points better than anyone else was quoting. Watermark delivered on everything as promised, and held our deal together despite a delay caused by my prior lender. I highly recommend working with Ryan, and would not hesitate to do so again.

I had a great experience working with Casey at Watermark Home Loans. Watermark kept me updated on my loans progress and was responsive and knowledgeable when I had questions. I am a self-employed business owner so my income and taxes are a little be wonky and Watermark helped me craft the documentation needed by the banks in order to get funded.I will definitely be recommending them to friends and colleagues.

I worked with Casey Lamm. He is very good at what he does and very responsive when you email him. He is a busy person and hard to get a hold of by phone, but with modern technology this is a non-issue. I went to Watermark after seeing their rate on bankrate.com. While there were other with similar rates, they has some additional fees. Watermark beat the lowest rate/fees that I was getting.After that, the process was very smooth. They helped my at every step and provided prompt feedback for any missing/delayed documents.Overall, a very positive experience. I highly recommend them.
I am very pleased with the way Jennifer Chang at Watermark Home loans handling the refinance for us. She took care everything for us, all we need to do is provide documents that needed. I like the Notary service coming out to our house for closing signing so we don't have to go title company to sign documents.
Just closed a loan with Ryan. It was an extremely competitive rate and therefore very difficult to get approved. Ryan managed the process smoothly and responded quickly to any questions. There were a lot of hurdles - but Ryan's competence and knowledge payed off in the end.
