I just refinanced an excess of $1 million mortgage through Watermark and cannot recommend them more highly. I have had numerous mortgages all of which have been through local institutions where I have actually met with and known the people with whom I have been dealing. She patiently worked with me to finalize all documentation needed and helped me to successfully refinance my home at an excellent interest rate. Responsive but too aggressive in my taste.It would be nice if they are gentle to respond questions despite of context.Other than that, the person was very informative and precise that I don t have to second guess to go somewhere else to gather more information.

I definitely have enjoyed working with Josh these past two times and would highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking to refinance or a applying for a new loan. Josh provides more than a basic service and really cares about his clients. An example was his proactive thinking and success to reduce our interest rate when we were locked into a higher rate. How many other agents would do this or even think about getting a lower rate for their clients.
Casey Lamm of Watermark Home Loans helped me successfully refinance my Seattle home at an excellent interest rate. The process was all telephonic or electronic with the exception of signing the closing documents. Watermark (Located in Southern California) arranged for a local title company with a mobile notary to come to my house for the closing signing. The entire process proved to be easy and straight forward and Casey was always there to help when I did have questions about the process.

He was able to answer all my questions in timely manner and easy to reach out. The entire process took only 23 days. I highly recommend him to any potential customers.

Used them to purchase a home. They're easy to work with and very responsive. They got me an outstanding rate with very low closing costs. Extremely please with the outcome.
I recently completed a mortgage refi with Watermark. I started off with someone who wasn't great but ended up working with Mike Greenberg who was great. So, I'm not sure that I can recommend just anyone there but if you ask for Mike, you'll very likely have great service. I'd do it again.
