Very positive experience. Cathy was able to beat the rate that was advertised online and I appreciate her effort to really get the best deal for us that she could. She was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had very quickly. Would definitely use Watermark again if rates drop more!

Josh was able to get us a great rate for our loan, 3.375% on a 30 year fixed. We were first time home buyers and so pleased with the service provided to us. Josh is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with and always available to answer questions. I have already referred friends/family and will continue to do so in the future.
Outstanding, Brock Hicks in particular bend over backwards to get (and keep) my business and to keep me happy along the way. He kept me well informed and up-to-date and I always knew what to expect at each step of the way. I'd would definitely do business with Brock again!
Nanette is amazing! She was responsible, organized and pleasant to work with. She helped us navigate through all the crazy paperwork, anticipated problems that might arise with our file, reviewed our financial situation very thoroughly and able to help us close in less than a month! I recently used Nannette Kazan to complete the refinancing of my home loan. I could not be more satisfied with Nannette's responsiveness, patience as I asked the same questions over and over and general thoroughness of her interaction with us. As a natural cynic of this process, Nannette completely set my mind at ease as the process moved along. This was my 10th mortgage process and by far the easiest and most seamless to date. Ryan was responsive from the first call. Most importantly, the refinancing terms he described during our initial call were exactly the terms that Watermark provided at closing. We closed within 35 days of the initial call and Ryan promptly got back to me when I had questions and to keep me apprised of the timing of the closing.
