Casey has been very helpful as I'm still going through the process of refinancing my house. It took a bit of time for an appraisal and I'm still waiting on the results and it's been more than a week since. Hoping it gets done soon and the rate lock doesn't expire.

Brock Hicks was very responsive, detail-oriented, and readily available at any time of the day by phone or email. We completed a refi during a change in jobs, and he was able to navigate all the necessary paperwork. I would highly recommend him and Watermarks products.
