I recently used Nannette Kazan to complete the refinancing of my home loan. I could not be more satisfied with Nannette's responsiveness, patience as I asked the same questions over and over and general thoroughness of her interaction with us. As a natural cynic of this process, Nannette completely set my mind at ease as the process moved along. This was my 10th mortgage process and by far the easiest and most seamless to date. Casey has been very helpful as I'm still going through the process of refinancing my house. It took a bit of time for an appraisal and I'm still waiting on the results and it's been more than a week since. Hoping it gets done soon and the rate lock doesn't expire.
