I had the pleasure of working with Kory Matthys at Watermark Home Loans. I have to admit when I started the process of working with a lender I found over the Internet as opposed to my local lender I was a bit apprehensive. Brock Hicks was very responsive, detail-oriented, and readily available at any time of the day by phone or email. We completed a refi during a change in jobs, and he was able to navigate all the necessary paperwork. I would highly recommend him and Watermarks products. Excellent service and some of most competitive rates I've seen.

We worked with Casey as our Loan Officer. Casey was very friendly, efficient and was always there to answer all of our questions. Casey was able to get us the best loan available while also detailing what credits we might be entitled to. I would recommend working with Watermark and specifically Casey through your purchasing process.

I worked with Kory in order to refinance my investment property. Overall I would say I was very please with the level of service I received. Most everything was done over the phone and by email so it was very convenient. Email inquires and requests were responded back to generally within minutes. I would recommend definitely consider working with Watermark Home Loans again in the future.

Ryan Sheets with Watermark Home Loans was very professional in communication throughout our refi process. The transaction was very smooth and we were very pleased with the execution by the whole Watermark team. Would definitely use this company again and would refer friends and family.

The company is very professional and help us through the process of refinancing. There were some changes needed which were handled correct by Watermark. They maintain the initial rate offered and provide us with a excellent service and response. Very glad we worked with them.

Ms. Kazan is the consummate professional. In all my dealings with her, she was always patient and if she could not answer an inquiry directly, her co-workers would Cc her on the email when they gave me my answer. I absolutely love the transparency of WaterMark and how all information was shared from start to finish. Even after her part of the procedure was done, she would send me an email asking if everything was okay and if I had any questions. Grade A for WaterMark and Ms. Kazan!
