I completed a refinance on my primary home with Watermark Home Loans recently. The loan officer from Watermark (Cathy Dragna) was extremely helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. During the refinance, Cathy was able to change to a different lender and offer me a better rate. I'm very impressed by the overall experience. I would certainly consider approaching Watermark for my future home finance needs and would also recommend them to my friends and family.

I recently closed a mortgage loan with Nannette Kazan from Watermark Home Loans and was very satisfied with the level of service and responsiveness that I received. I was able to get a lower interest rate for my jumbo loan compared to offers that I received from other mortgage bankers. I received a thing in the mail about refinancing my mortgage just for VA loans and I tossed it in the trash. Then a got a second notice and threw it away, too! When I got the third notice I said "Aw, what he hell!" My experience with Nannette Kazan & Watermark Home Loans was incredible. I live in Utah and lost my home to a short sale. I contacted watermark just to see what might be possible regarding a refi. One offer didn't appear possible and when I had given up on it their agent continued looking for offers that suited our financial goals.
