Kenny George was very helpful throughout the process. We have been trying for almost a year to get a HARP loan to refinance an investment property that was "underwater." Ryan is the best. Before Watermark, I was very frustrated dealing with the big banks - there was too much run around and their rate was higher. When I got a hold of Ryan, he was sharp, a no non-sense kind of guy and explained to me in "Kindergarten" level how my refi would move forward.
