I actually live 900 miles away and Rob is my go to guy! He is always able to beat any other rates. I have never had such an easy, pleasant time while dealing with something as stressful as a home loan. Rob and his entire team work for you and make sure you are getting the best for your situation.

With so many loans being processed right now, we were told it may take a little extra time, but things progressed faster than expected! I just completed a refi with Watermark. Everything went well except for the time frame. Because it was a refi, the timing wasn't hugely important, but it felt like I had to call every few weeks. Almost immediately after each call, I would be asked for additional documents or progressed to the next step. Everyone was kind and helpful, and other than the timing and overall lack of communication on their part, everything went smoothly as agreed.
