This was my kids first home & didn't go as smoothly as they thought it should. This was my 6th purchase of a home both here in AZ & in upstate NY. Waterstone, did a fair to good job keeping us informed. There were a few bumps in the journey, however, things finally worked out. I would recommend using Waterstone as the owner & employees are kind even though they get indiated by questions.
