This is the second time I’ve used Joe and Kayla for a property and both times have been awesome. Like everyone else, I’m constantly busy and work keeps me pretty bogged down. Joe and Kayla are always there with a quick email or call to give me the high level details of exactly what I need to know. They laid out the numbers so I could make quick decisions. Joe is a funny guy. He is good at what he does. He made sure I understood the documents. He was patient with me. This was my first time buying a home so I had no idea. Hes trustworthy and didnt leave any of my questions unanswered. Through working with him I actually gained knowledge and understand the process of purchasing a home.
