The man was rude. Treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about.
I ordered a twin bed that I was wanting to donate to a family, after paying delivery and setup fee they dropped everything off to the family without setting it up. I called the store the driver went back within 2 days and said all of the parts weren't in the box. A month has passed and parts were ordered when the parts came in they were broken according to the delivery guy, they bring metal frames to stand the bed up only to find that legs need to be ordered for the bed it's now 2 months. Adrienne, unfortunately we have no control over missing parts. I think we have all experienced that from many different stores. We order from many of the same manufacturers as other stores, so this can happen to anyone. We apologize for the inconvenience and as you mentioned, we did give you a refund. I ordered a bed, nightstand, and a mattress from Wcc furniture on 2/21/2020 and it still hasn’t come to my residence Yet!! So as of now I have Nothing Good to say about this place
My husband and I really liked the person who helped us when we were shopping for recliners, but my daughter had a different experience. The sales person was very condescending and rude to her. She was shopping with her fiance but she was the one who knew what she wanted to buy. Needless to say, he lost a cash sale that day and in the future because she won't go back there again.

This company is very deceiving. I’ve heard this from others, but experienced it for myself. Prices given change when you go to pay. I’d rather pay double than do business with dishonest people. FYI..honest companies match their prices.

In this situation, you were quoted exactly the cost of the item, which was $299. We added tax, which is required by law! You requested an optional delivery service, which had to be added. Everything adds up on our end. Nothing was deceiving. If you choose to decline our full service, white glove delivery and set up, pick up was always a free option you can choose. As you will see as you shop around, our prices are amazing and everyone charges for delivery...not everyone offers pick up options. Good luck!
Bought a bed at the end of April. was told it would be in within 7 to 10 days. After not hearing from WCC within the window provided, I contacted then for a status. I was told someone attempted to contact me to let me know the bed was on bacn order and that they left me a voicemail. I did not have a voicemail from them. they told me it should be in by the end of May. end of May comes, I called again. this time they told me it would ship until the end of June...... guess what? it's the end of June... Worst customer service! Buyers beware! I purchased a mattress for my daughter and it’s not to our preference. I was told I could not exchange it. I was never told by the salesman all sales were finally, but he proudly took my money! The C.S. Mgr tried to insult my intelligence, but please remember bad customer service will get you no where’s. I believe some people forget that they reap what they sow! I will NEVER shop at this store again!

This place is a joke it took a week longer to get my furniture than promised. When I did finally get my furniture 2 pieces were damaged. Then, I was treated like I did something wrong ( no respect for me as a customer at all ).

You were told when you purchased (and it was in writing) that some of the items were on back order. Damaged items sometimes happen and we apologize for that...We offered a replacement but you chose a full refund (which we issued promptly). The way you talked to my staff (Personal attacks, profanity and disrespect) as they tried to help you is 100% NOT acceptable. I would have loved to give y'all a 5 star rating but I was pretty unsatisfied with your customer service. If a customer comes into your store maybe at least acknowledge them with a "Hello" or something but nothing didn't made my experience that great...Second issue is if I purchased something and payed for delivery call again ask for another item to eventually have delivered to the same address and y'all tell me it would be another delivery charge which I don't get...so y'all would have charged me a delivery fee on top of a ... read more
