I would have loved to give y'all a 5 star rating but I was pretty unsatisfied with your customer service. If a customer comes into your store maybe at least acknowledge them with a "Hello" or something but nothing didn't made my experience that great...Second issue is if I purchased something and payed for delivery call again ask for another item to eventually have delivered to the same address and y'all tell me it would be another delivery charge which I don't get...so y'all would have charged me a delivery fee on top of a ... read more
Went in oct 9 2017 and paid cash for a table set almost three weeks still no chairs said that the company they order from is out of stock after they collected cash three weeks ago sorry mam we have your cash but your chairs will be in the following month

Love this place brought a queen size memory foam mattress 3 years ago and still look lime brand new sleeps well fixing on going get a livingroom set

We have purchased a recliner, mattress set, and bed with WCC. When we had problems with our mattress, they were very on top of the situation to make sure we were satisfied. We went back to the store and picked out the mattress we wanted. The delivery guys came to our house to pick up old mattress and exchange it for a new one. Always friendly, and prices are reasonable.
Be aware that if you purchase a mattress and bed from them it can't be returned within the guaranteed time they tell you in store. They looked my 93 year old grandmother, mother, and me in the face guaranteeing if it didn't work out we could return the $3000 mattress and bed. My elderly grandmother needs the money back to get medical equipment to better fit her needs and now won't be able to purchase them thanks to WCC and their lies. Get everything in writing because clearly purchasing from a local company was not the best ... read more
