No. Just no. 2 hour wait? Why. I understand it’s covid season. There was no “urgency” to this facility which is labeled urgent care. This was a last resort to come here. I ended up leaving and going elsewhere for my physical and got in and out. The receptionist took so much pride in letting me know how long the wait was almost as if she wanted me to leave. This place is a huge contributor to the spread of covid. They are not taking it seriously. I have contacted the proper agencies with what happened to me here. They better be thankful I am educated unlike some of the workers here and I went to the hospital or they would have lawsuit on their hands. Actually they probably still could.

I seldom leave reviews but the cleanliness of this office was sub-par. I went to the Liverpool/Oswego Rd today and although I received decent medical care/service, the inside of the building was pretty disgusting. The carpet was beyond disgustingly dirty. I couldn't help but wonder what germs were lingering that could potentially cause sickness. I would think a medical office would professionally clean the carpets, if not replace them when they get this bad.

Didn’t treat me for what I went in for just gave me a covid test and sent me on my way. Doctor barely asked me questions, no Examination and didn’t listen to what I had to say. Covid test was negative and I have no information on how to treat what is actually wrong with me.
The care I have received in the past was good but I went for a Covid test. Your website says that same day PCR results are available in my state and at my local WellNow if you are seen before 4:15pm. The staff at the location told me results are never available same day - its always 24-48 hours. Why do you advertise same day PCR results if its not true?

Horrible service. Was seen Thursday for a Covid test. While waiting, another patient started throwing a fit how they kept getting passed up. The staff lost the paperwork. Should have been my first clue. Anyway, I get my Covid test and hear nothing. Call on Saturday, apparently my test never got to the lab? Where did it go?! I was told to come in again to have another test done. Was told a 1 hr wait for a COVID test. It took 4.5 hours. Unbelievable. Do not come here.

I waited an hour after texting letting them know I was there. I received a text with instructions which I followed. I called 10 minutes before the closed without even an answer. I went to the door and was told they were closed. I was told to call back in the morning at 8am. wasn't even given a number to call. I will never go back to the Niskayuna location ever again. I was there at 7:10pm est. Waiting in my car not feeling great. Waisted my time!
