Y’all say you can get covid tested and because your immune compromised person such as diabetes can’t even get tested at all. I’d never recommend you to anyone and not only that your website says nothing about. Terrible service, your company needs to get it together and make stuff more transparent because the lack of clarification your employee’s have make patients furious. I’d rather wait in the ER than goto your facility.

Patients who are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, patients who are considered high risk for COVID due to age or other health factors, and those who need to be screened before a surgical procedure should visit a full-service WellNow location to be tested.
I am not one to slam a place on social media but enough is enough. How do you deny a sick child. I go to Utica they saw to many patients for the day. I go to New Hartford and get inside and the lady was extremely rude and said they are not a urgent care there and it is only a testing center if you are not sick and to go to Rome or Oneida. RecommendedWellNow Urgent Car was friendly and professional. They were super busy but managed all of their patients well. Best of all was when they made a mistake they did not make us feel as though it was our fault and immediately took care of the issue. I appreciate such friendly staff in such frustrating times. went there just for a covid test, got a bill for almost $400, what the hell? played some tricks with the paperwork apparently and so after thinking I was going in for a free covid test I get billed for them asking me some questions and taking my blood pressure when all I wanted was a covid test, nothing more.

The Liverpool, NY staff is completely rude and unprofessional. Slamming the phone down when a provider called to confirm an service. I would never have come here but it was for an employer health screen. Never again!
