while there is a long line to check in on the one and only IPad, the nurses are having a party behind the desk missing the fact that people need help. An elderly man was in front of the line never done that, struggling ...no one from the nurses offered help .

My N.P was absolutely amazing w having never met and a virtual visit I was happy to find the experience super comfortable. He listened and was very supportive and gave great advice. If only we were closer I'd change my primary care provider. A wonderful experience all around. Thank you WellNow.

Fenton MI 48430 Office was 15 minutes late opening in the morning. Waited for two hours because they took a walk on that didn’t go through the regular paperwork process and jumped in front of the three others waiting ahead of him. He had a bad laceration and should’ve been sent to the ER - instead NP attending decided to work on him for two hours. Finally got seen. I could barely swallow or speak due to sinus infection. Reached out to Ashley Burton and she walked me through setting up a same-day appointment. Got in within two hours of setting appointment. Nice professional staff, very happy with the service I received, would highly recommend for immediate healthcare. Five stars!

stop gouging people who are trying to stay healthy I got a bill that said my ins. owes $207.00 for an office visit (a little pricey) and that I personally owe $95.00 for a covid test . . . that is bullshit!

Calling for assistance gets you nowhere. I have been trying to reach my local clinic for an hour and the phone just keeps ringing. The one call that DID connect was just a straight hang up. There is no corporate phone number/email address provided, and if you go to the website to chat, you get the same automated assistance and you’re SOL if you want to speak to someone that way either.

I just left your milford ohio office on st rt 28, I was there for a covid test and to see doctor for symptoms, I was immediately informed by med assistant that I would not be eligible for any prescription medications until test results came back and then I would have to come in for another visit. I was quite miserable with head congestion and it was audible. I was told I could still see doctor but she (Ashley )could not help me with any relief for symptoms.
