She sent her home with no medication, assuring her that her severe cough was nothing! I work as a tech in a pharmacy, Stacy at the clearance NY location called us and when we didn’t answer she proceeded to yell at my front end manager. My pharmacist was in the middle of giving a vaccine and I was at the register helping a customer. Instead of borderline cussing us out she could’ve left a message or patiently waited instead of requiring the pharmacist to stop mid shot.

I took personal leave FLOA from work. Arrived at an empty waiting room and asked for return to work note. They refused. They actually acted annoyed that I was there. The staff were unpleasant. I went to the Plattsburgh location due to sinus/upper respiratory issues. I made the nurse checking me in aware I was breastfeeding. The provider Tara, stated I didn’t seem to have too bad of an infection yet so no antibiotics (I get sinus infections more than once a year and I know it’s trending that way) this year I told her I can tell it’s worse because since I’m breastfeeding I can’t take my allergy medicine. Why schedule an appointment when you take walk-ins and tell those with SCHEDULED appointments that they will be running at least an hour late!!! Do not recommend 😡

These people literally playing with my life right now and I’m not having it. Y’all turn y’all phones off or don’t even answer them. I’ve been trying to reach someone for the longest, in which I may have to physically go there. I passed my physical but y’all refuse to give me my certification. Y’all turning all these locations into Covid testing site like what the hell! Other people need service too than having to deal with bloody Covid. Y’all need more professional staff.
