I visited the Auburn NY location on Monday. Please share with the PA on duty how grateful I am for his time and compassionate words. When I was told I needed a last minute COVID test before a procedure, he was able to get the results to me in time. I will never forget the words he shared that meant so much while managing an overwhelming and rare illness. The whole office staff was quick and efficient.

I did a virtual appointment (as I have 3 kids at home and no one to watch them). Dr was nice enough. Was sending in two prescriptions to the pharmacy. When my husband got there, they only had one… there is no way to contact the doctor to resend, no customer service number, and after calling 3 different local locations (and waiting on hold for more than 5 minutes with each location), I was finally told the virtual records are separate from in person, therefore I could not even have a local doc look at the records and resend. ... read more

Brought my daughter here because dr office has no openings we had just had Covid test done at drive threw testing came back negative then was told go to urgent care since no appointments were Available and RSV broke out in their school. Went into Wellnow in Glens Falls for a Covid test yesterday specifically because I could get results in 24 hours. Told both when I went in and when I left their facility my results would be ready within 24 hours. Paperwork they give you reads and I quote "You will receive your results within 24 hours" with 24 hours in bold letters. 26 hours later, no results so I call and am told its 36 hours for results. Its not fun to be bold face lied to by people.

this place is terrible. I went in yesterday to get a covid test. they told me I had to make an appointment. so I did. today I went in and my appointment was at 3:50 I sat for over an hour! as I watched people constantly come in and go back before me. The last thing you want to deal with when your not feeling well is rude individuals. That is what you will be sure to encounter at the Liverpool well now. Trying my best to stay professional as possible unlike the staff at this establishment. No chance it is worthy of 5 stars.

Not a well run system. I’ve been here for two hours now for a pre scheduled covid test. They stopped taking appointments early this morning (it is now 6:30). Which is, in theory, so they can stay on track. They are Failing miserably. And the front desk staff isn’t particularly professional. And they are certainly not friendly. If this is the best we can do (I need this test to know if I am safe to return to work)…well, this is the reason people become vectors for passing covid around and exponentially increasing spread.

Not sure how this place has a 5 star rating! I visited the huber heights location on Tuesday sept 7. I called and told them I was there and didn’t want to come in cause I was exhibiting symptoms, they told me to go ahead and come on in… where I sat in the waiting room with at least 25 other patients there for whatever reason. Lancaster Ohio location-memorial drive They Put my son’s name and birthdate on someone else’s POSITIVE COVID test- TWO DIFFERENT TESTS AT THAT! Didn’t find out until 2 weeks later when the health department called me and I had to figure out why on earth they think my child has COVID yet had never been swabbed.
