went to well now tonight in Springville ny at 730 and was turned away. l guess when they say 8pm they mean 730 is too late. the girl at the desk just told me they were at compacity. there was one other vehicle in the parking lot. well they won't have to worry about me again, I will just go somewhere else.

For immediate assistance, we would be happy to care for you at another nearby WellNow center or you can speak with a provider seven days a week on our Virtual Care platform, where wait times are typically about 15 minutes.
Myself and my family have had nothing but issues at the location in Auburn, NY. Wish I didn't have to go there, certainly would not if I had it my way!

RecommendedI went to the Brockport, NY location and had a great experience. I was sick and needed a covid test to go back to work. In the morning I made an appointment and registered online. There was a few simple questions for check in and I was promptly brought back. I was in and out in 15 minutes. It was neat and clean and the staff was super friendly. Overall an easy and efficient experience when I was not feeling well. I would definitely recommend WellNow!

Went in person to take a PCR Test appointment, went 10 days ahead to make sure everything was ok. Lady laughed when I asked 3 times after she said it was free Get there, they ask for 350$ I’m was boiling I’m 72hrs before travel, making this really tight for me now. I’m so mad, I can’t even I walked out You suck.

I visited the fenton, MI location on Thursday, sept 30 and had a covid test done at that time. I was the first patient of the day. I was presenting symptoms so was told to quarantine. I was also told test results would take 3-5 business days, which is a ridiculously long time compared to most other urgent cares. Ok Story Time! It’s a bit lengthy…. Since about Friday, I have been having heart palpitations, and when I have these said heart palpitations I have issues getting my breathing back to normal. The first day or 2 I chalked it up to my anxiety (even though I haven't been upset or stressed about anything). Awful experience at the one in Clarence,NY. They lost our sons COVID test sample, and now he will miss even more school! They didn’t even call us to let us know!

Scheduled a COVID test for my wife one morning at 1000 for a 1300 appointment as they had the earliest test time available and the quickest turnaround time. Arrived at 1300, followed their check-in instructions, and was called 20 minutes later by the staff stating they “could not see her today because they have no provider available”. There are three other WellNow urgent care‘s in the town where we were, but none were willing to take her as a patient to get the Covid screen completed.
