RecommendedMy first experience at the new location (that I was excited about) on Rt 4 is just taking way too long. I am still sitting in the room waiting to be looked at for something minor, but not minor enough to wait until Monday at my regular physicians office. I have visited one other WellNOW location up in Clifton Park and it was swift. I will probably continue to use either of the Capital Care locations on this route that I’ve frequented for years and not come back to this one. waste of time. Go to get antibody test like wellcare advised I do. one wellcare didn't have a person that knew how to do it so I go to a different one. this one gets me right in takes my blood and then says the Dr will be in. Someone comes around and offers me snacks then a while later later someone else offers me a slushie ( no I didn't take either) and I tell this person it has been an hour... how much longer? she says it's really busy tonight it seems everyone is getting hurt. RecommendedI visited the Glens falls ny location tonight with my 1.5 year old daughter. I couldn’t be happier with the way they treated her! She gets a little scared at the doctor and cries every time I bring her. I brought her in to get a rash on her tummy checked out. The receptionists one male and one female were so welcoming from the moment we walked in, interacting with her and reassuring her. RecommendedI’m a Tucson Arizona resident came to New York and got tested positive for COVID. The well now on route 31 in clay New York are the ones that took care of me for testing the rate I give them no number high enough to give them the care I had was outstanding Jennifer the np I had was great and the nurse Noah was outstanding also down to heart filled and out standing 10 👍
Waited over 45 minutes in a room for a COVID test. Other locations for testing are strictly drive up and take all of 5 minutes. And the excuse was “we are short staffed today.” Watertown location.

For profit business with no true CARING for logic or wellbeing of patients.
I’ve been receiving texts messages a 315 area code (315-750-4391) claiming to be Wellnow stating that my wife owes $120 for a telehealth visit. I have emailed Wellnow twice over the last three weeks and have not received a response. My insurance states that we do not owe anything as copayments have been waived for telehealth visits. Both my wife and I are unsatisfied by their lack of customer service and the quality of their doctors. We will not go back to Wellnow and we do not recommend using their services.
